It is called `The Greens Cook Book` and is by Deborah Madison with Edward Espe Brown. It was published by Bantam Books, and my copy is the 5th printing, from 1987. I should think it would still be out there, either on Amazon or in used book stores? I use it primarily for 2 recipes, which are worth the whole book--the apricot cherry cobbler and the mushroom lasagna. good luck!- Is follow up to post by sullivanmarion ...
